Schedule effective September 8th, 2017

Open gym is a supervised session where your child can have fun and work on their skills! There are coaches stationed throughout the gym for assistance and to ensure your childs’ safety.

Youth 4:30pm – 6:00pm (Ages 5-13)
Fitness 6:00pm – 7:00pm (Ages 5+)
Teen/ Adult 7:00pm – 8:30pm (Ages 14+)

Monday

Supervised Parent Child 10am – 11:30
Fitness 6:30-7:30pm (Ages 5+)
Tumbling 6:30pm – 7:30pm (Ages 5+)

Wednesday

Supervised Parent-Child 4pm – 5:30pm (Ages 1-5)
Supervised Teen 8:00pm – 9:30pm (Ages 14-18)
Tumbling 7:00pm – 8:00pm (Ages 5+)
Fitness 7:00pm – 8:00pm (Ages 5+)

Thursday

Supervised Parent/Child 10:00am – 11:30am (Ages 1-5)

Friday

Youth 8:00pm – 9:30pm (Ages 5-13)
Teen/ Adult 9:30 – 11:00pm (Ages 14+)

Saturday

Instructional Tumbling 1:30pm – 2:30pm (Ages 5+)
Supervised Youth 7:00pm – 8:30pm (Ages 5-13)
Supervised Youth 8:30pm – 10:00pm (Ages 14-18)
